Are you afraid of drawing conclusions?
It seems that most of us go the extra-mile to avoid drawing conclusions. Why is this the case?
I believe that we have created work environments where people are held accountable for the wrong reasons. Many a times the messenger is the one who gets killed!
I strongly believe that each meeting, each committee should draw conclusions…this is how change is made…
